A marathon runner, daily Yoga exercises, always taking healthy foods only, Ranjan would never have imagined that his life would be cut short so soon and so easily. Ranjan was just 41.

Ranjan is not the only one in Indian IT industry. In the last 6 months , in my company 6 people in the age group 35-45 have lost their life. Needless to say that they all were star performers working 14-15 hours a day and sleeping only 4-5 hours a night.
I believe that cutting down the sleeping hours beyond 7 hours is result of wrong planning.
